Shipping policy

Customers who purchase equipment directly from our STELR online store will be charged shipping based on the quantity and size of items ordered, as well as the destination. Orders placed through our purchase order process will be invoiced for shipping after items have been dispatched.

STELR shipping does not come with tracking.

All STELR shipping is conducted through FedEx in accordance with our supplier practices and as such is the best possible speed to your location. No express shipping is offered.
